FLY SHOP CONSULTING SERVICES
I have to admit, I don't think of myself as a Consultant as much as I consider myself a Project Manager because I like to be hands-on and active in the process. I have had less than positive experiences with consultants that just told me what was wrong or what needed to change without really providing useable solutions, direction, and assistance. That's not me. I want to help clients explore solutions and then get the work done, whether it be relocate or remodel a store location, complete a storewide inventory, transition to new retail software, implement new procedures, acquire new brands, or train staff. But if a client just needs to "know what they don't know" and consult about changes and new plans, then ... I guess that makes me a Consultant -- ready to jump in and help with the work if asked!
